Our highly qualified quantity surveyors can assist you in the preparation of tenders including measurement of Bills of Quantities, procurement of sub-contract prices, sub-contract negotiations and tender analysis. As we work on many projects for many Contractors we can assist you in ensuring your receiving competitive market rates from sub-contractors and suppliers.
During the construction phase of your project we specialise in managing sub-contractor accounts on your behalf, including variation claims, payments, remeasures and final account negotiations. We can also manage your affairs with the Client or the Client’s representative to ensure that you are submitting your claims and notifications to the Client as per the Contract requirements, helping you in the reclamation of variation, extension of time and prolongation costs.
