Our financiers risk management service delivers risk based thinking for our financier partners. Our financier partners require detailed identification, evaluation and mitigation of project and construction risks associated which a construction development project that can be many and varied.
Beacon Consulting are market leaders in the analysis and mitigation of these project risks and have extensive project experience in providing these services to all major financiers in Australia and overseas.
Beacon Consulting provide detailed independent Initial Financiers Reports prior to the funding being finalised which examines many detailed construction risk factors, including construction cost, contractor capability, construction contracts, and local authority reports. Beacon reports include a detailed schedule of risk items to be addressed and our recommendations for action by the lender prior to finalising the funding facility or committing to any draw downs.
During the construction phase of the project we report monthly on the cost to complete of the project providing a realistic assessment of ability of the Contractor to complete on time, as well as any other issues that may could provide an adverse risk to the project financier. Our reports are based on our researched and market backed cost data and a physical assessment of the construction on site.
