The Cairns Institute, Cairns
The Cairns institute is a marquee $21.5M research facility which is planned to be located at James Cook University's Smithfield Campus in Cairns. Beacon Consulting have been engaged to provide cost planning and estimating services on this project direct to Hansen Yuncken and will also provide full Bills of Quantities to ASMM 5 during the procurement phase.

HSCS Bethlehem Stage 2 Apartments, Cairns

A four wing, two storey, 86 Bed aged care facility, this project located in Westcourt Cairns this project is Cairn's newest residential aged care facility and sets a benchmark for style and quality finishing for this type of project. Constructed by Hutchinson Builders this project was built on a difficult site this screw piled building required complex and proactive cost planning to deliver the project within budget.
