Project Scope
The BSP Banking Centre in Lae is a three storey business banking facility which is to be built in Lae, Papua New Guinea. The project includes the complete redevelopment of an existing site, comprising a new three storey office / banking facilitiy along with an associated residential scheme on the site to cater for banking staff.
Budget and Program
The budget for the project is K30M. Construction is scheduled to commence in early 2013 with completion planned for late 2014.
Consultant team members and their role
Greg McDonald is the team leader on this project and will manage the Project Management team from incpetion through to handover and fitout of the building with the Client.
Scope of consultancy services provided
Beacon Consulting have been engaged to provide full Project Management Services for the duration of the project from planning, through design, construction and fitout and handover.
