Our Quality Commitment
Quality Assured to ISO 9001:2008
Beacon Consulting maintain third party accreditation of our Quality Management System to ISO 9001:2008 in all office locations including Brisbane, Townsville and Cairns. We manage our internal quality system using an internal intranet which is commonly accessed by all offices.
Quality Policy
Beacon Consulting provide Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Building Certification Services to the Construction and Property Industry.
We believe that the pursuit of excellence in service quality, excellent reasearch in association with technology gives us a competitive edge. It is our policy to provide a service, which is always better than our competitors.
It is the objective of Beacon Consulting to retain an externally audited Quality Management System (QMS) that meets the requirements of the International Standard AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008, whilst also meeting the Beacon Consulting Management objectives and satisfying our Clients’ needs.
We acknowledge that each project is unique and therefore the specific requirements are to be added for each project as required.
The Directors and Staff fully endorse the QMS and are dedicated to ensure the implementation and continual improvement of it. If you have any suggestions or improvements to the QMS please email our offices.
Quality Objectives
It is the aim of implementing our Quality Management System (QMS) that the following objectives are achieved in the 2011-2012 financial year.
- Recognition as Knowledge and Market Leaders in our field
- Delivering our projects within the timeframes allocoated by our Clients
- Obtaining repeat business with existing clients
- Maintaining turnover levels indicated in the Management Review
- Maintaining profit levels indicated in the Management Review
